Store Credit/Exchange Policy
- Please e-mail orders@bigsun.ca to initiate a return/exchange
- Exchanges/ Store Credit are available up to 14 days after purchasing a product
- Refunds will only be offered for manufacturer defects
- Items must be in the condition received with the tags attached
- ALL SALE ITEMS (Discounted items), Bath and Body products, straws, all drink wear, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses are final sale and cannot be returned
- Toques and hats are a final sale once they have left the store
- All swimwear and underwear products are final sale
- Face masks are final sale - no exceptions

- Shipping returns are at the cost of the customer
- Shipping returns must be sent to 4311 27th Street, Vernon, BC, V1T 4Y5
- We ask that you send us an email to orders@bigsun.ca the same date of the shipment (must be within 14 days of your shipment being sent initially)
- We recommend using tracked shipments when doing returns
- Big Sun is not responsible for items lost in mail
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable
- Exchanges may not always be available as we can only exchange what we do have in stock
- Sale or discounted items are final sale
