Online Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped the same business day when possible or the next business days after your order was placed. Please note that we only pack orders on days that the store is open for business. You will receive a shipping conformation when your package ships.
** Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped **-
If you choose in-store pickup:
Please be patient and wait until you receive an email from us stating that your order is ready for pickup!
If you chose shipping:
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to sales or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please email us!
Once the package is with the shipper, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can’t Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Big Sun is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Big Sun is not responsible for stolen packages.
