Fill with 12 ounces of alcohol, refrigerate 3 days, and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails. Pour one strained shot over ice, add pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime for a mildly-spicy margarita.
Vodka goes well with each of our cocktails. The Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita was created for tequila, but vodka can be used if you prefer a spicy martini. The Aromatic Citrus and Hibiscus Ginger Lemon are great with the following: Tequila Blanco, Gin, Whiskey, Bourbon, Rum, Vodka, Rum.
Or make your Camp Jar Zero Proof: Fill jar with boiling water. Cap jar. Allow to cool in fridge. Strain 1.5 ounces into a glass of pineapple juice. Try a salted rim and squeeze of lime if desired.
